What We Do For- Limited Partners/Investors

All services, and service levels, are tailored to the individual needs of each Investor.

Preparation of annual accounts
Management of audit process and production of annual financial statements
Production of data for tax reporting (including US tax reporting)
Participation in investment process
Estimation of cash-flow requirements on a monthly basis and generation of drawdown notice to Investors where required
Calculation and payment of fees including carried interest calculations

Monitoring for receipt of cash and payment of all drawdowns received from underlying fund portfolio, in conjunction with Custodian Bank
Payment of expenses
Maintenance of accounting/financial records
Collection of data, from the portfolio, at regular intervals and reporting thereon, to include underlying investment holdings if required
Preparation of annual accounts, participation in audit process and production of annual financial statements, if required
