Maintenance of all accounting/financial records
Payment of all expenses
Calculation and payment of management fees including carried interest calculations
Modelling and systemisation of carried interest distributions
Management of audit process and production of annual financial statements
Production of data for tax reporting (including US tax reporting)
Participation in investment process

Estimation of cash-flow requirements on a monthly basis and generation of drawdown notice to L.P.s where required
Monitoring for receipt of cash and payment of all drawdowns received from underlying fund portfolio
Maintenance of accounting/financial records
Collection of data, from the portfolio companies, at regular intervals and reporting thereon, to include underlying investment holdings if required
Preparation of annual accounts, participation in audit process and production of annual financial statements, if required
