What We Do For General Partners
In effect we are the G.P.’s back office in its entirety, freeing up time to do deals.
- Project management of Fund launch process – regulatory applications and corporate governance
- Inaugural board meetings and setting up of all Company records
- Preparation, co-ordination, attendance, documentation and support of ongoing board meetings
- Co-ordination of legal, tax and other professional advice
- Maintenance of Statutory Records, timetabling and production of statutory filings including annual tax and audit “Exempt” status
- Expense Payments
- Arranging board approval for investment transactions to include participation in documentation and approval for investment transactions
- Act as Sponsoring Broker for any CISX listings and ensure ongoing CISX compliance
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Regular financial reporting and participation in budgetary and cash flow processes
- Production of Annual Accounts and management of Audit process
- Operation of offshore bank accounts
