In effect we are the G.P.’s back office in its entirety, freeing up time to do deals.

Assistance on Establishment
Assistance in selection of bankers, auditors, tax advisors, payroll providers and other service providers
Provision of Non-Executive Directors as required
Maintenance of all financial/accounting records
Liaison with payroll providers re salary payments
Expense payments

Reconciliation of bank accounts
Regular financial reporting
Participation in budgetary and cash-flow process where required
Assistance with completion of FSA returns
Operation of client money accounts
Assistance with local statutory and regulatory filing requirements
For all offshore structures the services of our Guernsey office may be employed working in conjunction with the registered office to provide corporate secretarial services to ensure that the highest standards of corporate governance are maintained to help preserve the offshore integrity of the structure
