The Cost

• Fixed & Transaction based Fees - no surprises for our clients
• We do not recharge our clients for faxes, photocopying, telephones, stationery, etc. We only recharge courier, client required travel and other pre-agreed costs
• Special one-off or ad hoc tasks are priced on a time-spent basis
• Fees are fixed for the life of the Fund and adjusted for inflation annually on 1st January
• No fees are charged until the launch of the Fund. If for any reason the Fund does not launch, Augentius will write-off all time-costs incurred
• Our fees are determined by the actual amount of work carried out during the period. They are not charged as a percentage of the value or commitments of the fund
