Malcolm Wilson
Managing Director

Malcolm joined Augentius in 2009, having previously had over 16 years of fund administration experience gained in both UK and Offshore locations.. He has spent the last 11 years working in the Luxembourg mutual funds sector, working for both Citigroup and JP Morgan, covering all aspects of fund accounting, transfer agency and custody operation. Prior to this he worked with Chase Manhattan in their Bournemouth Master Trust and Accounting business responsible for the fund accounting service of major European pension funds and Middle East funds.

Kathryn O'Sullivan, BA (Hons), CA
Managing Director

Kathryn qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG UK spending a number of years in both the audit and tax departments. On transferring to KPMG Luxembourg in 2004, she joined the growing Real Estate Fund audit specialisation.

Most recently after assisting the initial office set up, Kathryn headed up the property finance (Luxembourg) team for Henderson Global Investors, responsible for Luxembourg aspects of the fund administration including Fund set up, investor relations, custodian and transfer agency liaison, financial reporting (using multiple GAAP’s), taxation, company secretarial oversight and taking an active board role on a number of legal entities. The Henderson platform covered 7 Fund entities having a multi-jurisdictional investment base and with over 150 additional SPV’s .

David R.D. Bailey, CMSI MBA
Managing Partner

David became a Managing Partner of Augentius Fund Administration on completion of the MBO in August 2006, having joined Ansbacher Fund Services in October 2002. Prior to joining Augentius he was Funds Product Manager at Gulf International Bank (UK) Limited responsible for the management and structuring of all fund products at the bank, developing the fund product range and converting the proprietary trading business units into a Hedge Fund business.

Prior to that he spent five and a half years with Bank of Bermuda in their fund administration and custody business, in both their Luxembourg and London offices, joining the Luxembourg office in 1995. Through his role as a Senior Relationship Manager he worked with a range of fund groups and was a director of a number of offshore funds. Previous to that, David worked for National Westminster Bank plc, initially in Private Client, Trust and Corporate Trust functions and latterly with the bank's Global Custody business.

Ian Kelly, BA (Hons)
Partner

In 2009 Ian was appointed a Partner of Augentius Fund Administration. He continues as Chief Operating Officer (Europe) having previously been in the role of Client Services Director. He has operational responsibility for all activities including onshore and offshore client servicing within Europe. Prior to that he was the Client Services Supervisor for Ansbacher Fund Services Limited. Throughout his career in the fund administration industry, Ian has been actively involved with numerous fund types, structures and jurisdictions.

Ian graduated from Huddersfield University (BA (Hons)) with a degree in Accountancy and Finance and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Gavin A. Davies, BA (Hons)
Director

Gavin became Managing Partner of Augentius Fund Administration on completion of the MBO in August 2006, having joined Ansbacher Fund Services in February 2001. He is responsible for ongoing development and maintenance of the global business support systems. Prior to this he worked with Man-Vector Limited as a UK based Investment Manager, where he was responsible for setting up their in-house administration function as well as being their Compliance Officer.

Prior to this he worked for Surrey Medical Imaging Systems as a junior Management Accountant. Gavin was educated at East London University where he received an Honours Degree in Applied Economics.
