Privacy Policy
The Augentius Group's Fund Administration Services are provided by Augentius Fund Administration LLP in the United Kingdom Augentius Fund Administration (Guernsey) Limited in Guernsey and Augentius Fund Administration (US) Inc in New York. These are entities within the Augentius Group.

The entities within the Augentius Group that provide Fund Services are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of their clients and the privacy of their clients' investors. The entities within the Augentius Group do not sell, rent or loan any identifiable personal information regarding its clients or any of its client's investors to any third party.

All personal information relating to a client given to an entity within the Augentius Group will be held with the utmost care and security in accordance with the laws and regulations, including any data protection laws and regulations, which apply to the relevant entity within the Augentius Group.

All personal information relating to an investor of a client of an entity within the Augentius Group that is given to any such entity will be retained by that entity in accordance with the contractual terms that govern that entity's appointment as registrar or administrator of the relevant collective investment scheme / other investment vehicle and the laws and regulations, including any data protection laws and regulations, of the relevant jurisdiction.

This policy applies only to the Augentius Group website and not to the websites of other organisation to which we provide links. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of such third parties.

Use of Personal Information

Examples of such personal information are: name, residential address, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, facsimile number and relevant financial information.

Personal information regarding a client that is provided to an entity within the Augentius Group will only be used by that entity to provide the client with the services that are to be provided to the client. Where considered necessary by the relevant entity, such personal information relating to a client will be provided to the other entities within the Augentius Group. Other than as required by the laws and regulations that apply in the relevant jurisdiction or a court order, the entities within the Augentius Group will not provide any personal information regarding any of its clients to any other entity (other than another entity within the Augentius Group) without the consent of the relevant client.

Other than as required by the laws and regulations that apply in the relevant jurisdiction or court order, none of the entities within the Augentius Group will provide any personal information regarding any of the investors of any of that entity's clients to any other person, whether it be another entity within the Augentius Group or any other person, without the consent of the relevant investor and the relevant client.

Data Processing

The global nature of business of the entities within the Augentius Group means that its data processing facilities may not necessarily be located in the jurisdiction of the entity that provides Fund Administration Services to the relevant client. Accordingly, in order to process data effectively, the relevant entity may transfer data to another entity within the Augentius Group (or data processors) in countries outside the European Economic Area. Accordingly, all personal information will be protected to the level required by the relevant contractual terms and the laws and regulations, including any data protection laws and regulations, of the relevant jurisdiction.

Severability
